Turkey’s Last Remaining Monument of the Ottoman Empire
You could easily spend days, weeks even, exploring the sprawling Ishak Pasha Palace. The Pasha family spent over a century building this spectacular structure, beginning in 1685. A unique combination of Armenian, Georgian and Ottoman architecture, the fortress in Doğubayazıt, Turkey, was abandoned when the Ottoman Empire fell. But it quietly stands guard over the remote hills of eastern Turkey to this day.

What do the descendants of the Ottoman Empire think about the series Magnificent century
The descendants of Sultan Suleiman and Hurrem Sultan today live among us. Someone lives in their native Turkey, someone in Jordan, Syria, Egypt, Lebanon, and someone in Europe and in the USA. After the Ottoman Empire was collapsed, they had to wander in exile for about 30 years.
Of course, the series of the Magnificent century also did not bypass them and they had to answer many questions about their attitude to the series.

The Entire History of Ottoman Empire Explained in 7 Minutes
The year was 1299 AD when a ruler of the Turkish tribes in Anatolia had a dream of a mighty tree growing out of him and covering the whole world. This ruler was Osman I, and with the help of his successors, they built the mightiest Middle Eastern Empire of their time. The term Ottoman originates from “Uthman” which is Arabic for Osman, named after the ruler who had the dream of the Ottoman Empire. We are going to review the historic events that marked the chronology of this mighty empire.

👑 All the Rulers of Turkey (1299–2024) | Sultan of the Ottoman Empire to the Presidents of Turkey
The sultans of the Ottoman Empire, who were all members of the Ottoman dynasty (House of Osman), ruled over the transcontinental empire from its perceived inception in 1299 to its dissolution in 1922. At its height, the Ottoman Empire spanned an area from Hungary in the north to Yemen in the south and from Algeria in the west to Iraq in the east. Administered at first from the city of Söğüt since before 1280 and then from the city of Bursa since 1323 or 1324, the empire's capital was moved to Adrianople (now known as Edirne in English) in 1363 following its conquest by Murad I and then to Constantinople (present-day Istanbul) in 1453 following its conquest by Mehmed II.
